Which one was movie 6? Honestly I’ve only seen the Alabasta remake. Which was pretty good. I wondered why it was released theatrically though.
You’re also right, Funimation is pretty great with their dubs, they make sure each characters voice fits and not botch the shows they get (LIKE A CERTAIN STUDIO WE KNOW OF.)
Ah, yeah, that was movie 8! I’ve got that one on English Dub DVD. Not my favorite of the films, to be honest, though.
Movie 6 is… hold on… this one! Baron of the Secret Island! What I really like about this one is the experimental animation style, which is a refreshing change of pace from One Piece’s normal style. Also the ending fight scene is INCREDIBLE OH MY GOD JUST WATCH IT ALSO THE ENDING THEME AAAAAA best OP movie so far
I have heard many good things about it. That, Film Z, and Strong World are high on my list to watch. I’ve had One Piece on the brain for so long, watched it since I was about 8-9 and its the first anime I was REALLY in to. I bought Pirate Warriors imported and really want 2 since it looks AMAZING.
Also speaking of, 1 is pretty good, some flaws like the quick time events in travel are sucky (in fights I didnt mind) and its really just going through up to Marineford (with some arcs that I really wanted in 1 that they didnt feature!)
Pirate Warriors, eh? It’s been a while since I’ve been into One Piece, so I can’t say I know what that is. A game, I assume. Was it released recently?
It’s a PS3 game, basically Dynasty Warriors with One Piece, like I said. First was okay, second looks like they made changes for the better.
